Shipping in Dokan, finally simple for vendors.
A vendor-first replacement for Dokan's nested shipping settings. Every zone on one page. Flat Rate, Free Shipping, Local Pickup and Dokan Pro Table Rate — all editable inline. Plus geo-aware storefront filtering that quietly hides products customers can't be shipped, so your marketplace stops promising deliveries it can't fulfil.
- All zones on one screen
- Flat Rate, Free Shipping & Local Pickup
- Dokan Pro Table Rate rules CRUD
- Shipping-class rates & vendor toggle
- Geo-aware product visibility filter
- Customisable shopper notice popup
- Writes to Dokan's own tables — no data duplication
- Mobile & tablet ready
Everything your vendors need shipping to actually work.
Two big jobs: a vendor-side shipping editor that doesn't make sellers cry, and a customer-side filter that only shows products that can actually be delivered. Both build on Dokan's own data — nothing parallel, nothing exported, nothing locked in.
All zones on one page
Every shipping zone visible at a glance — no nested tabs, no collapsing panels to fight. Vendors finally see their whole shipping setup at once.
Flat Rate · Free Shipping · Local Pickup
Add, edit, enable or remove the three core WooCommerce methods inline per zone. Tax status, costs and conditions are right where vendors expect them.
Dokan Pro Table Rate — full rule CRUD
Manage table-rate rules with all five conditions (price, weight, items, items-in-class, none) without going through Dokan's heavier React app. Writes the exact same rows.
Per-shipping-class rates
Inside Flat Rate, vendors set a cost per WooCommerce shipping class so heavy or fragile goods carry the right surcharge automatically.
Vendor shipping master toggle
One switch to turn shipping on or off for an entire store, with a friendly explanation when it's off — no more silently broken checkouts.
Geo-aware storefront filter
Hides products from vendors who don't ship to the current customer's zone — across product archives, single-product pages and the add-to-cart layer. Optional, off by default.
Customisable shopper notice
A polite popup explains "showing products available in your area", with a one-click "show all anyway" bypass. Title, message and buttons are fully editable.
Smart caching, zero stale data
Per-request memo plus WP object cache, keyed to WooCommerce's shipping cache version — vendor edits invalidate visibility lookups automatically.
Zero data duplication
Reads and writes through Dokan's own wp_dokan_shipping_zone_methods and table-rate tables. Disable the plugin tomorrow — your data is still there, intact.
Dokan Pro compatible
Per-vendor zones (a Dokan Pro feature) work fully. Dokan Lite is the minimum requirement. Pro features unlock automatically when Pro is active.
Legacy escape hatch
Admins can flip a setting to expose Dokan Pro's original shipping page behind a ?legacy=1 query — useful while vendors get used to the new UI.
Mobile & tablet ready
Built responsive from the first commit. Vendors on phones get the same edit power as vendors on a 27-inch monitor.
From install to first sale, three quick steps.
Activate & license
Upload, activate, paste your licence key from account.onvore.com. Daily validation with a 72-hour grace window.
Vendors set up shipping
The Dokan "Shipping" tab now shows every zone on one page. Vendors add methods inline — you do nothing.
Switch on geo-filtering
Optional: turn on the storefront filter so shoppers only see products that can be shipped to them, with a friendly notice popup.

The quick answers.
Will activating this change my existing shipping settings?
No. The plugin reads and writes the same Dokan / WooCommerce tables Dokan Pro already uses. Existing zones, methods and table-rate rules continue to work, just with a clearer editor on top.
Which shipping methods can vendors edit from the simplified UI?
Flat Rate, Free Shipping, Local Pickup and Dokan Pro Table Rate. Other WooCommerce methods configured in WP Admin still work at checkout — they're just not editable from the vendor dashboard.
Does it require Dokan Pro?
Dokan Lite is the minimum. Dokan Pro unlocks per-vendor zones and Table Rate Shipping — both fully supported by our editor when Pro is active. The plugin detects Pro at runtime and gates UI accordingly.
How does the geo-aware storefront filter decide what to hide?
It resolves the current customer's WooCommerce shipping zone from their cart/account address (or geolocation). For each vendor with zero enabled methods in that zone, their products are excluded from archives, single-product pages, and made non-purchasable. If the customer's location can't be resolved, nothing is filtered — safe-by-default.
Can shoppers override the filter?
Yes. The shopper notice popup includes a "show all products anyway" button. It sets a bypass cookie and the rest of their session shows the full catalogue. Both the popup wording and the buttons are editable from the plugin's settings.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Functionally, nothing — both plans include every feature. Yearly is billed once and costs two months less. Switch between them any time from your account; billing pro-rates automatically.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
The plugin keeps your data intact and stops fetching updates. Existing zones, methods and rules stay in place. Re-activate any time to resume updates.
Is there a free or wp.org version?
No. Every ONVORE plugin is a single paid product distributed via account.onvore.com.
