Refund Policy
Honest software, honest refunds.
We want you to be happy with ONVORE plugins. This page explains exactly when, how, and why we refund. No fine print, no traps.
1. The 14-day refund window
If you're not satisfied with an ONVORE Pro plugin for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The refund is unconditional during this window. We don't ask why, we don't require you to "prove" the plugin didn't work, and we don't make you jump through hoops. Email us, get refunded — that's it.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@onvore.com from the email address associated with your purchase. Include:
- The plugin you bought (e.g. "Dokan Vendor Etsy & Shopify Product Importer by ONVORE").
- Your order number, if you have it handy (it's on your receipt).
We'll process the refund within 2 business days. The money typically lands back in your account 3–10 business days later, depending on your bank.
3. After 14 days
Once the 14-day window passes, we don't offer refunds on past payments — including:
- Renewals on a subscription you've already been using.
- Monthly subscriptions that auto-renewed (you can cancel future renewals at any time from your account; cancellation stops billing going forward).
This is the same way nearly all subscription software works. If you'd like to cancel a subscription so it doesn't renew, do it from your account page — takes 30 seconds.
4. Renewals — what to expect
Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price (unless the price has changed and you've been notified at least 30 days in advance). We send renewal reminder emails:
- 30 days before renewal
- 7 days before renewal
- 1 day before renewal
If a renewal charges and you'd genuinely missed all three reminders, email us within 7 days of the renewal — we'll usually refund as a goodwill gesture, even though it's outside the formal 14-day window.
5. Failed payments and dunning
If a renewal payment fails, our payment provider retries up to 4 times over 3 weeks before giving up. During that time the plugin keeps working with a "payment overdue" notice in the admin. If all retries fail, the subscription cancels and the plugin reverts to free behaviour. Nothing is destroyed.
6. EU consumer rights
If you're a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day cancellation right under EU consumer protection law (Distance Selling Regulations). Our 14-day refund window covers this — and goes a bit further: we honour refund requests for any reason during this period, not only for the statutory grounds.
Note: the EU regulations let you waive the 14-day cancellation right for digital downloads if you start using the product within the period. We don't apply that waiver — your refund window stays open for the full 14 days regardless of how much you've used the plugin.
7. Chargebacks
Please email us first if there's an issue. Chargebacks (disputing the charge with your bank) cost us a non-refundable fee and damage our merchant standing. We will always refund through the legitimate process if we agree there's an issue — there's no upside to going around us.
8. Service-level guarantee
We don't offer money-back uptime guarantees because the plugin runs on your server, not ours. What we do offer: working code, prompt support, and the refund policy above.
