Common questions about billing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. You'll keep access for the period you've already paid for, then the plugin reverts to free behaviour at the end of the billing cycle. Nothing is destroyed.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your account. Billing is pro-rated automatically.
What does "1 site per licence" actually mean?
Each licence activates on one production WordPress site at a time. Staging/dev/localhost URLs (subdomains starting with staging., dev., test., or .local) are automatically exempted and don't count against the limit. Need to move to a new production site? Deactivate the old one and activate the new — takes 30 seconds.
Do you offer team or agency pricing?
Not yet — we're starting with the single-site tiers. If you need to deploy on multiple production sites, get in touch and we'll work out a fair rate while we put together a formal agency plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus a few regional options where available. Billing is handled by our payment provider — your card details never touch ONVORE servers.
Are taxes / VAT included?
The displayed prices are exclusive of tax. Applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing country — our payment provider handles this automatically as Merchant of Record.
